(BTC), the maker of JC Bags and Prints, proudly hosted the Integrated Organizational Survey and Assessment (IOSA) conducted by the UP Institute for Small-Scale Industries (UP ISSI) as part of the 117th Managers Course. The IOSA was conducted from August 18 to October 27, 2018, providing a comprehensive review of BTC’s core business functions—Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, and Finance—offering valuable insights into operational efficiency and strategic growth.

What is IOSA?
IOSA is a structured business evaluation process designed to assess and improve organizational functions. The assessment includes key activities such as:
Interviewing company personnel to gather critical business insights.
Observing operations to evaluate efficiencies and areas for improvement.
Analyzing data to identify trends and business performance.
Formulating recommendations to enhance business strategies.
Report Writing to document findings and suggested action plans.
